FAQ’s

How do I pay?

You will pay the rent the first 5 days of the month by bank transfer, direct debit or through the Sense app. Any additional service you will like to arrange while you stay in a Sense Living Space will be paid through the Sense App. You will also have access to all your detailed invoices.

How can I book my stay?

Its pretty simple. For the time being, you just need to fulfill the form in the website and one of our team members will get in touch with you. Once the first place is available in Madrid, you will be able to book your home through the web booking system. A one month deposit is requested in advanced. The good news is that if you commit to stay for a year and use our services you will receive a ROI.

Is Sense Living dog or pet friendly?

Indeed! We love pets. We not only welcome you with your pet but we also have animal caring as one of our services you can request at any time.

Are there options for couples or families?

Yes, we have 3 categories of smart homes. Standard ones for one person, Executive ones for one person or couples and Familiar ones up to 4 people.

For how long can I stay?

Our fully equipped rental homes are really flexible, you can rent your own apartment from one month to years. You can always extend your rent with prior notice.

What does my rent include?

Your monthly rental stay includes a wide range of Joy services such as free wifi, 24/7 personal assistance, home maintenance, smart TVs, Alexa Voice Services and home IOT, Safety box, amenities, towels and linen, weekly cleaning services and free use of our shared areas (including coworking and gym).
